- A variation of classic couette, but computing torques couette_torque

- Single 2D cylindrical particle moving between flat plates here for the main folder case.
- Sedimenting 2D cylindrical particle between flat plates.
- Force-free 2D cylindrical particle in Couette flow.
tHree: 3-force model for microswimmers.
- Single tHree microswimmer, in a periodic domain
- Many phototactic microswimmers. A novel repulsion method is used.
- Fingering instability (?). Orientation is frozen.
